1. Services
Ken Ryan Rehab provides sports massage and general massage therapy, with advice drawn from Ken’s strength and conditioning background where appropriate. Sessions are available in 30, 45 and 60 minute lengths and are one to one.
Treatment is tailored on the day to how you present. Ken may adapt or shorten a treatment, or decline to treat, where he considers it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.
2. Not a substitute for medical care
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have, or suspect you have, a medical condition, injury or illness, please consult your GP or another qualified medical professional.
Ken does not diagnose medical conditions and does not prescribe medication. Any advice, stretches or exercises given during a session are general guidance and are followed at your own discretion.
If you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, for example because of a recent injury, surgery, pregnancy, a heart condition, a blood-clotting disorder or an infection, please check with your doctor before booking.
3. Your responsibilities
Before your first session you will be asked about your health, injuries and any medical conditions. Please answer fully and accurately, and tell Ken of any changes at later sessions. Treatment is planned on the basis of the information you provide.
4. Bookings
Appointments are booked online through the Zanda Health client portal linked from this website. A booking is confirmed once it appears in the portal and you have received the confirmation from Zanda Health.
Zanda Health is a third-party booking and practice-management service with its own terms and privacy policy. By booking through it you also agree to those terms.
5. Cancellations and missed appointments
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let Ken know as early as possible, through the client portal or by email, so that the time can be offered to someone else.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined.
6. Prices and payment
Current prices are shown on the Prices page: €30 for a 30 minute session, €40 for 45 minutes and €50 for 60 minutes. Prices include VAT where applicable and may change; the price shown at the time of booking applies.
Payment is due at the time of your session unless agreed otherwise.
7. Under 18s
Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent, and a parent or guardian must be present in the clinic for the session.
8. Liability
Ken Ryan Rehab takes reasonable care to provide treatment safely and professionally. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, Ken Ryan Rehab is not liable for loss or injury arising from information you did not disclose, from advice or exercises not followed as given, or from treatment or advice obtained elsewhere.
9. Use of this website
The content of this website is for general information only. While we keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is free of errors.
